Installed twin disc now noise when off throttle!!

i need some help, just finished installing my quartermaster twin disc and everything seems fine except when i am in gear and let of the throttle i will hear a loudd noise coming from the engine drivetrain area.

When i let off the gas and it makes that noise if I put it in neutral it will go away as soon as i put it in any gear again without giving gas it will continue to make it???

I noticed if im driving after 70mph +/- and let off throttle I wont hear it but as soon as the mph drops the noise will appear

The noise sounds like metal grinding or something metal rubbing up?

I've heard increased noise is to be expected with a twin-disc setup, something to do with the discs separating and rubbing slightly when they're not under load.

drivetrain noise is normal with multi disc clutches. If you don't mind me asking how much power are you making why you need a quarter master.

It is very normal. Some clutches are worse then others. Seems ones with springs in them are usually more quiet as the spring eat up the vibration.

I have the same problem man. I know its normal, but its beginning to be very annoying! lol I had a straight pipe exhaust on the car up until now. My new exhaust(ebay catback, w/megan downpipe) is much quieter than the straight pipe exhaust. Now the clutch is really starting to bother me since I can hear it so much more!

I was thinking of getting rid of it, but I know its a badass clutch! Not sure what ill do?

Clutch chatter!

It's not an issue, it's a side affect of a springless clutch.

Clutch Chatter FTW! twin and triples are loud. If it sounds like rod knock it is normal! Lmao
