M2 Performance exhaust questions

Hey anyone here ever heard of M2 Performance or their full turboback exhaust system? I'm asking because the whole thing (downpipe, test pipe, mid pipe and muffler/tip) is only 235 shipped and im wondering if anyone's ever heard of the company or seen/ heard their exhausts? They seem pretty nice with full SS throughout and looking at pics of the piping it's probably one of the straightest i've ever seen. Thx for any info guys

I know this isn't a new thread but I tried my luck on an ebay exhaust from autogrimmig for about the same price. Come to find out it is actually the the M2 Performance exhaust. It doesn't fit at all.... It is almost like it is for a total different vehicle. Very unfortunate because it could have been a good product. Good welds, great sound and hp gains should be great with the way it's designed. Because fitment is a big issue with this exhaust I would NOT recommend it. I had to get someone to mod the hell out of it just for it to work. I am happy with it though now! lol

Lil late reply but just got my evo 8 couple months ago and purchased this M2 performance exhaust. Was nervous since it was cheap but im on a budget so I tried it. I am very pleased, fit nicely, did not have to modify anything, cleared cross member bars underneath vehicle with no mods. Sounds pretty good, I went with turbo back and test pipe, very happy. Only thing I might modify is the muffler, hangs a little too much to the left but its doesnt vibrate/tap. Would recommend.

I just ordered autogrimmig header. I expect it will do just fine with minimal modification. I'll let everyone know when I get it.

This is the Evo section, not sure if you meant to post here or in the Lancer section

Jaredh, do you have pics of what you had to do to get it to fit correctly?

the downpipe looks like it fits really nice in those pics though. 3" I assume, and still clears the oem tie bars with no spacers.

Ordered & installed the M2 axle back for my Scion XB. Took a chance not knowing much about this company.
Overall, pleased w/the fit-up & finish of the exhaust. Heres a couple of pics as well as their web site (Note: My XB is a true EVO. Check the wheels)

Note: If I needed a downpipe for the EVO, I would buy the M2, no hesitation

My pics wouldnt help as its still not perfect but i dont want to deal with it anymore. We did a lot of cutting grinding welding and i still have some wire helping to hold in the right place at the back. . Its still possible they sent me an exhaust for a different vehicle.
