Nice! The FP Black is a beast and should put down great numbers. Question, why did you opt for the AEM EMS? The stock ECU is sufficient for 99% of the setups out there. AEM EMS is kinda overkill, when the stock ECU can do just about anything you need it to.

Don't mean to talk down to you or anything, just didn't know if you knew all that the stock ECU can readily do these days. AEM EMS is a waste of money IMHO. Money better spent elsewhere on your FP Black setup.

I'm hitting full boost at 4,000-4100 rpm depending on the conditions. This is with stock I/C piping, un-ported FP Black, un-ported stock exhaust manifold, un-ported stock intake manifold, and stock bore TB. Just by the addition of a LICP, i should be able to get spool into the high 3k's, which will move VE a little to the left, which should produce more torque at same boost levels. Once i replace all the piping(just ordered the Nisei full piping kit(Red), stock exhaust manifold, stock intake manifold and TB, i should be able to really open this setup up, especially on the top-end.

So, anyway, i just ordered the Nisei i/c piping in red, Nisei Genesis mini-battery kit in matching red. Next up will be a Magnus V5 intake manifold, tubular manifold(or ported stocker for time being), boomba 75mm TB and possible SD conversion, if i can find the time. Once all that is together, we shall see what i can sqeeze out of my setup on a very conservative tune(cuz that's just how i roll).

This just goes to show that the FP Black is more than capable of making great power on relatively low boost, without all the bells and whistles, if need be, on a extremely conservative tune.

If i were you, i would get a FP Black, port the stock ex manifold, get the biggest turbo back exhaust you can find(3.5in + is best) and get some S2 cams along with all the support mods needed. This is a relatively easy build and will put you in the mid 400whp range on 25 psi. Then, once you can afford to start upgrading your stock pieces, you can start maximizing your FP Black setup. Hell, you can even do this on the stock FMIC for awhile while you wait to upgrade(if you have not already).

Please post up pics man! I can't wait to see the Mona all decked out. When are you going to install your closet anyway? I don't know how you had the self control to wait, personally.

WORD! Im waiting to get my Red Nisei intercooler pipes in. Then i will decide what color im going to powdercoat my valve cover. Pearl/metallic gold might still look good with the red. If not, imma just get the valve cover color matched to the piping probably.

I think I'm most excited about ditching that huge stock battery for the Nisei Red Genesis mini battery kit. That tray is **** bro. The matching pipes and battery tray should look really nice against my mostly black and red theme. We shall see.

Got the new Nisei I/C piping and Genesis Mini Batt tray in and installed. Will post up pics soon. Looks pretty good, but i really need to powdercoat my valve cover.

Noticed the usual decrease in spool time(200rpm), which is nice, but ran into an issue with knock at upper RPMs. It could just be a bad tank of gas, as i got Shell93 at a new gas station i don't usually go to. I'm currently working on the issue and should know pretty soon if it's bad gas or if it this new configuration wants less timing for some reason.

Picked up 9wtq and 7whp from the Nisei piping kit, even with a little knock and a few degs of pulled timing. Overall, pretty happy with this kit. Nisei makes some quality ish. Highly recommended. Fit and finish is spot on.
