Oil Capacity won't change after the Balance Shaft removal, however you might see higher oil pressures because of the rotated BS bearings blocking off the previously used BS oil pasages. The AMS BS kit is actually a modified balance shaft and again, won't change oil capacity. The BR balance shaft completely removes the balance shafts and replaces the oil pump side with an original Mitsubishi stub shaft that has been used in many stock cars for decades. It has been proven to work well when installed properly.

The main reason for the balance shaft removal, in my opinion, is to remove rotating weight from the engine as well as remove a potential failure point.

Thanks Josh. I'm aware of what it does and how the given kits combat/work with it..... I was just curious if any volume was gained by the removal or installation of these BS Eliminators that would necessitate more oil.

Again thanks a lot man. Very helpful.
