Converting from hydraulic-push style back to pull clutch

I plan on going back to a pull style clutch, after having gone to a qm style hydraulic setup.

I know I'm going to need the slave cylinder, and hard metal line that was attached to it. I'm thinking a clutch fork as well. Anything else?

By the way if anybody who has gone to a QM is selling their stock stuff, let me know!

Look in a manual, there are several parts you'll need that have to do with the fork and pivot.

I looked in the manual under clutch, and transmission sections, and couldn't find anything about the fork, can you point me in the right direction? All I saw was stuff for the "Release cylinder" and "clutch pipe"

My twin is slipping with only 5k miles, I can't afford that sort of lifespan, so I'm looking to go back to a single plate.

Feel better! I don't have a qm twin, the clutch just uses their hydraulic throwout bearing. Could of been a problem with the install, or an adjustment problem that caused premature wear. I hear people get about 10k-15k out of their QM's if they dd them. There is also a post where some guy who machined his and is hoping to get another 10k, if you can't find it let me know and I'll post a link.

You should be fine. If my clutch can hold out that long I'd really appreciate it!

I am currently doing this exact job in my shop right now. Customer has a Tilton twin and we replaced it with an exedy twin disc. We thought all of the missing components off my 6 speed was going to fit but there was a slight difference which held us up. The 6 speed has the throwout bearing housing built into the bellhousing. Whereas the 5 speed has a removable housing to allow you to bolt on hydraulic conversion plate. The forks off both trannys are the same, and so are the shafts/springs and TOB. Hope this helps
