Quartermaster Race TOB issues. PLEASE HELP!!

So, I came to a stop light yesterday, went to engage 1st and the transmission would not go into first. I have a QM Race clutch with hydraulic TOB and a shep tranny. This happened once before and while I was trying to put it into first, it brought down my RPM's and stalled it. Once I started it again, it was back to normal with no issues and that happened a week ago. Now, I have to rev it up to 6K in order to get it into gear and it is the same with 2nd through 5th as well as reverse. Once in gear, I can do a pull with no slippage and there are no burning smells so I do not think it is the clutch but more specific to the TOB. I was going to troubleshoot this afternoon and was thinking of extending the clutch pedal as well as bleeding the hydraulic line. Is there any other troubleshooting I can do before I take it to the shop? Thanks in advance.

air in the line sounds possible like you were thinking. If not the TOB could be under OR over extending if not adjusted properly. I never got it set right on my car and went back to exedy. Try and sort it out ASAP, because right now your synchros are working hard and eventually it'll need a rebuild if the clutch isn't sorted.

Did you do the recommended measurements when installing the TOB? Have you adjusted the clutch pedal at all? Sounds like an adjustment issue. Are you using a clutch pedal stop?

I didn't install it, sheptrans did and I adjusted the clutch pedal as far as I could. I bled it yesterday with no result. I'm thinking the CMC needs to be replaced.
