max power on 1000cc's and single walboro
dont want to be off topic here but how far can 880 PTE injectors get me on 93oct with a single 255 walbo, is there a big difference between the 1000's & 880's as for making power? im looking for about 500whp with my ported fp-red, built motor and all bolt ons with 93oct & no meth- are my injectors going to hold me back? i wish i bought 1k inj's but i already bought the PTE 880's & br fuel rail awhile back and dont want to sell them if i dont have too

i wouldnt ever run a single walbro past 500whp. my sti was tuned on a single walbro and 1,150cc deatschwerks and it was tuned at 12:1 afr on a q16/93 mix and a corrected 540whp. without touching anything i logged a pull on the street and and was at 14.5:1 just from the slight increase in load. swapped to a 044 and afr's dropped to 9.8:1 on the exact same setup.
the 044 flows a bit more its a little more expensive to but yes its a better pump after you spend $200 + on the 044 then add lines the double pumper is the better bet as stated already two pumps in parallel will flow more then a intake and inline.

......Hes the physical tuner, not the one cracking the ECU!! I wanted to tune it through email, tactrix cable by one of the tuners here at Evom, but its a hassle apparently, as they will not really know how to fine tune my car due to the difference in fuel, humidity, overall weather etc!! in addition to the fact that I might get dumped after the first basic tune...
Get rid of your physical tuner as well, whatever that is.
Look. Just my advice but let Chris Mellon at Mellon Tuning do you an Email tune. The fuel would not be a problem as your 98 RON gasoline is equivalent to our 93 octane R+M/2 pump gasoline. Chris will do a fine job and will factor in the low humidity, the heat, and all the other variables. So, get a TACTRIX cable.

My 'physical' tuner is the one installing the parts lol!!!

ThanX a lot for the advice!
is the 044 as reliable as the 255 walbro pump?
Mellon is good! He tuned my buddy's Evo VIII, which is a JDM RS, with a JDM ECU, and he was able to extract an additional 20WHP on pump gas over the previous tuner's tune.
I was at 514whp on a mustang dyno with single non modded walboro with Rochester 1000s. I also had an m7 alky nozzle that was 50/50 water alky. I just punched my pressure releif on the walboro. I'm interested to see what that does for it. I was at 100% duty cycle before so we shall see what happens
You won't ever see 500WHP from your Red on straight 93 octane. That is wishful thinking. The 880's and the single WALBRO will be fine for your setup. Don't waste your money on the Bosch pump either. However, if you are worried, then hotwire your WALBRO, or get the Kenne-Bell Boost-A-Pump and call it a day.

I had a hta3582 on a stock 2.0 making around 540 dinojet at 30 PSI with the single walboro,FPR, pte 1000cc ,AEM meth kit with one 550cc nozzle and my injector duty was around 68%. I just got a built 2.0 and a 850r ( because my hta35 broke)so I'm triyng to shoot for more on just pump
