Best fluid for tranny w/ plated front LSD??

I resently found that my car has a clutch type front diff. I had thought it shared the fluid with the transfer case since it is housed in the t-case box but just found it it shares the tranny fluid. So what is the best fluid to use that would be good for proper synco function and for the front diff clutch plates??

BTW I use Amsoil MTG 75W-90 API GL-4 in the trans and Amsoil SVG in the t-case and rear diff.

It's that time of year again, just want to know if there are any new/better fluid options out there for the trans for those balancing syncro operation and lsd plate operation in the front diff.

Redline 75W90 NS GL-5 seems to be a good choice of trans fluid to use for my plated cusco front diff. Anyone using it for a similar application?

The GL5 may be a bit slippery for the synchro's. I would stick with the amsoil MTG you were running.
