fuel tank in trunk

hey guys

im looking into an evo 4 swapped lancer (mirage) since it comes fwd, we need to convert it into 4wd and cuz of that the fuel tank goes up into the trunk. Now im not sure how reliable or safe this is, so if any one can give some input on wether this is a good idea or not, itd really help. plus, some a supra owner is saying that its highly dangerous for a swapped lancer to be up in the 600 whp range and blah blah blah, what do you guys say about that? not sure how much i should believe a 700 hp supra driver on evos, so...

im confused between this and a 1jz supra swapped rx7

its gonna be a reliable (atleast wanting to) daily driven/weekend warrior, dont want anything to mess up or be a time bomb.

thanks

There's plenty of cars running a fuel tank/ cell in their trunk.
