precision injectors...

Anyone have problems with the injector insulator cracking. They're the rubber pieces that sit between the manifold and injectors. Not sure if they arent install properly or what. Can anyone confirm if the oem insulators onces will work or not? Theres are precision 780 cc injectors if the size matters. Any words of wisdom appreciated

Mine did on my FIC's, but they are the same (Delphi). Stockers would not fit so I got some Viton seals and they seal tighter the a frog's a$$;

you didn't use these!? You must have, or you'd be leaking boost + fuel out under positive pressure and it would be a very dangerous thing!

Stockers work fine on mine. I have several sets of extra seals here as well.

I have never had a leak with those seals on any set of Precision injectors. I had 3 sets over the years, too. Are you sure the install was clean and they weren't cracked prior to use?
