Gauge is not fine. Atmospheric pressure at sea level is 29.92 inches of Hg. So, it is never possible to get a reading of -30. You may be running much more boost than you know about.

the logs show a few things of interest:

1) the jdm map sensor says about 8psi of vacuum at idle which would be about -16 inches of mercury, not the -30 your gauge suggests which is not possible. The JDM map sensor also says 24psi, which is reasonable.

2) the WOT logs show that when you're at low load 5500-6000 area your AFR is anywhere from 13-18 which is incredibly lean. can you post your AFR map? maybe this was done on purpose to reduce richness on shifts but it's not working for when you roll into the boost and traverse the low load columns.

3) I didn't see any timing anomalies in these logs

4) some severe knock at the top of 4th on one of the logs and mild knock in others around 7000+, the AFR looks okay but there must be too much timing or boost for the increased heat caused by rowing through the gears. (3rd gear dyno pulls aren't good for 1/4mile racing)
