p0300 nightmare

hey guys, i know theres a lot of threads of the p0300, i get the p0300 code, when im im on the highway at about 3-4k rpms, ....i changed the coils, boots, plugs, cam positioning sensor, and still getting it, i have br9eix in there gapped at about .23---someone recomended also changing the plugs to br8es/bpr8es... i wanna know what else is recommended and if anyone can help me with maybe updating/changing the software on the ecu. i have inspection the 21st on june-2010, so if anyone has a tactrix cable or knows how to block the code, pleasssseee help me---thanks guys

Resonance in the transmission at highway speed sets it off in a lot of cars. Hopefully someone hooks you up and disables it with a Tatrix for you. If not, unplug your negative battery cable to reset the code right before inspection.

I can certainly update him to a 0015 rom which was mitsu's final rom update to try and combat the P0300 issue. It may work it may not. If not disabling it is just as easy

You need to run the car though a full drive cycle before the inspection station can read your ecu, that usually takes about 30-50miles. You can't just wipe it clean right before you go.
