Its not the nipple you need to remove one of the springs, it is too tight, does not open, and cause compressor surge.

i hope you dont mean you have both the nipples going to your intake mani... you should only have the top one going there and the bottom one left untouched. because if there both going to the mani then you better be looking into a new turbo

Acutally the smaller nipple is suppose to go between the turbo and the wastgate actuator.........Or else the spring adjustment would do nothing.....

No, you dont want to do that. Never hook the small nipple to the boost source after the turbo that goes to the WG actuator. You'll get boost fluctuation. Either tap a new boost line or do what road race does, just put the tap right on the flange under the BOV.

The reason why I said that is because it is told by TUNERS from the DSM community.....And it made sense.....It was told to seat the valve faster and better.........But they also said you DIDN"T HAVE TO do that.......You could simply not plug anything.........

So I was told........

I'm working off my own DSM knowledge from the 95 gst I owned. Boost was all over the place when I tapped the WG line. I called RRE and they dont ever do that.

I'm talking about which line to tap, not whether or not you should connect the smaller nipple. If you're gonna connect teh smaller nipple its a good idea to find another boost source after the turbo or tap your own.
