What wideband are you using?

Is the pump coming on, for sure?

Does it read normally at idle and partial throttle? Is this only at WOT that it goes lean?

I have alot of other questions but I'll start with that.

I've had issues with fuel pumps, pump not turning on, vacuum line coming off of the fuel pressure regulator - but you seem to have covered this already.
