1100 hp drag build, need tcase and driveline info!!
putting my 06 ix back together finally, lucas is going to tune it and try to squeeze 1100 out of her using the 45r from ets's white car, anyway my only concern is the weak points in the stock driveline. i will be shooting for 1.4 and faster 60' times so shes gonna be beaten.....hard, i have a built trans and exedy tripple carbon clutch, what about the rest of the drive line? axles, shafts, rears, stock acd tcase. what needs attention to avoid a failure at the track or a waste of flying lucas to pa/nj and renting a dyno facility for a wkend. i cant afford to have something break on us on the dyno while hes tunning. that would be a major major waste of money and time. so i want to have this car 100 percent ready for him. what should i upgrade and where could i get it done or buy the parts? what about converting the acd to non acd and getting a built tcase? i need all your guys BEST solutions and recomendations. thank you!!!

for 1100 whp you should have def bought these things ahead, and yes you are going to need some axles, and a stronger diff and diff bushings, also the tcase needs to be beefed up to the highest stage.

Have many people heard/seen of many oem driveshafts fail on our cars???
I've seen in on the DSM's in varying degrees but not so much on the evo's from what i've researched.
It sound slike you have the budget and are planning on a pretty extreme build so i can understand the decision to go to a lighter aftermarket piece but not something to be very concerned about for a dyno tune same thing goes for the axles.
Now once it's done being tuned and at the track anything is suseptible to breakage.......
