I know this is a super old thread but what was the conclusion you came to? I not getting any CEL lights but I'm gettin similar problem with not as many symptoms. Mine is running lean and is not doing so well but once warmed up it runs ok, still running lean though. It just doesn't feel like it pulls as hard like it used to when on the gas, I don't have power loss like you do but I fear its only a matter of time. Hope you got it all sorted out I'm gussing mine is a sensor somewhere that is going out.

Turned out to be a dead front O2 sensor again
The one i changed earlier was a cheap $35 ebay one which died a month later.
Got a Walker O2 sensor from oxygensensors.com, replaced it and the car has been fine ever since.
