Diagnostic Help Please
To follow up on this thread:
I appreciate everyone taking the time to read this thread and provide comments, you are the reason why the Evom community is so valuable.
I finally had a proper compression and leak down test performed on my car. The results are as follows (syntax is cylinder: compression, leak down):
1: 145psi, 19%
2: 145psi, 16%
3: 151psi, 19%
4: 148psi, 22%
Everything else seems fine, I had asked the shop to check anything else it made sense to check knowing that the car has experienced elevated crank case pressure.
The car has been running great since I replaced the stupid PCV check valve. I have also modified my driving to not drive around town (or up mountains) in 6th gear and I have had no other smoking issues. There will probably be an oil catch can in my future. I'll probably make it a winter project along with pulling the intercooler and related piping to clean all the residual oil out.
So, for now I will consider this case closed.
Thanks again everyone.

The shop said it was normal, so I didn't question it, especially since there isn't a big difference between the cylinders and the compression numbers are normal and within 15 psi of each other.
Anyone smarter than me care to weigh in?
I don't have other information such as what the initial pressure was or the duration of the test, which probably weigh in on the determination of whether my numbers are an indication of a problem.
