A single fuel pump is going to be on thin ice before 500whp (even with upgraded power and ground wiring). A second fuel pump is in your future.
A better cam set would probably help as well.

No.
The OEM FMIC is going to restrict you. Get at least a 3.5" FMIC and it will eliminate knock.
Also, get a LICP definitely. An ETS LICP and ETS 3.5" FMIC would definitely help.
A double pumper fuel pump may be needed also, but I am not completely sure about that.

Well before we all get hyper are you going on a disney jet where bicycles can make 500hp, or a mustang dyno, and im assuming your talking wheel hp? my guess is 1000cc injectors are going to stop you far before anything else will

i dont know about that but yea if you can get 1200cc or 1450cc injectors would be good. double pumper for real. you should invest in a cam upgrade like S2. your oem fmic will have heat sink way before you ever see 500. it must be upgraded to a 3.5" intercooler. changing your lower ic pipe is not as important as the other stuff mentioned

The guy I bought the RED from made 500hp single walbro,,
The only thing he had diff from my setup was Intercooler upgrade and 280 cams...

Let's put this into perspective...
A single Walbro 255lph pump begins dropping rail pressure at ~550whp with gasoline. Given that E85 demands 27-30% more fuel capacity, a dual pump setup is required to maintain desired rail pressure at the boost levels required to see 500whp.
1250cc is a safe injector size to use for 500whp, and supports 600whp or so with E85.
And yes, I agree that an IC upgrade is a worthwhile idea. But let's face it, without adequate fuel to do the job, upgrades like cams and IC won't compensate.

how about put your car on the dyno, see what it does, that add more fuel/ air accordingly, Its not that scientific to make power, but its always better to have more fuel available then less
