and you're using the T piece so that the pipe from the intake manifold is then split into the A+B ports?
If so, maybe the pipe diameter is too small?

Okay yea the vacuum source for the BOV is coming from the throttle body. Should I take it from the turbo outlet vacuum line?

I am only using one port. I don't recall the directions stating to t the vacuum line and hit both ports? I only have two, the older designs have three.

Should I plug the stock vacuum line as well after I change it to the turbo outlet?

Well if its not being used you should deff plug it. I guess you could go off the turbo but I don't think its going to help ur compressor surge.

Do you have a MBC? If so you should try connecting that source to the turbo outlet if you haven't already.

No.
The A+B ports should be plumbed to the intake manifold, after the throttle body. when you close the throttle, it will apply vacuum pressure to the BOV, make it operate faster.
If you put A+B ports to the turbo compressor outlet, it will operate incorrectly.
Try it if you dont believe me.

Yes A+B ports should be used together, this will create more pressure/vacuum on the internals to make it operate faster, and should eliminate your flutter problems

Let us know how you get on.

Ok so I Tee'd of of the stock vacuum line and hit both ports. It has gotten much better just driving around town but there is still surge at partial throttle/boost on the highway. The hose I used to pigtail to both ports its slightly smaller than the stock line so I am gonna try to buy a larger one to see if that helps but I doubt it. Big improvement though but still surging which makes me wonder how much damage this might be causing on the turbo. If all else fails TIAL....

Update, so I changed the vacuum lines to the stock size to see if it would help but its still surging on the highway as soon as I accelerate or spool up on partial throttle then come off the throttle
I tried loosening the Nov but no better

I have the Synchronic and it's perfect. Just use one port A or B if your on the stock turbo and maybe even loosen up the adjustment rod a few turns. You actually want less pressure to be hitting the diaphragm of the bov and it will work better for the small peaky turbos like the stocker.
