Did you want to stay with a stock frame turbo??
If yes, FP Black and/or whenever it comes out, the BBK-B.

Didn't know what kinda lag you wanted for the street??
Did you want to give your opponent a couple second head start,
But yes the 6262 would be nice.

Good luck with whatever your wallet decides.

once you reach 500whp territory everything becomes a blurrrr, remember star wars in warp speed ? you will be able to beat 99% of cars on roads, exotic cars will be nothing compared to you, you will laugh at everyone and you'll start thinking you have the power of GOD.
Are you sure you want the power of GOD?

oh those guys with 600+whp have the power of GOD x 2
this is awsome right here ...

The party start's at 500awhp and the v.i.p after party starts at 600awhp anything else will just fall short my .02

so with that being said 6262, 6765 I don't see any other turbo out there doing 600awhp on pump.

+1 A good driver can work around lag in "street" situations my personal weapon of choice is a HTA86 on E85...in the process of going back together now

2.0L and an 86 is lit by 5k and pulls hard to 8300, level/drops toward 9k. Makes for a lot of fun but the bike characteristics arent always for everyone. If I had to choose for a 2.0L I would run that and a Magnus and end up with around 574 on pump

Good post shark I love my 6262 and the low end isn't bad at all just depends on the part combo tune etc.etc lag is way overrated on this snail..

p.s im geting close to the vip mark on pump.

-> HTA3582
-> PTE6235
-> PTE6262
-> HTA3586

Are my choices, best bang for buck out of them is the 6262; 2nd place goes to the PTE6235RSP aka FS635...

at what whp range would you consider the EVO to have characteristics like a fast sports bike?

My goal was always to make her have the characteristics of a fast sports bike.

Street monster or highway monster, you decide. For the street grab a hta green, red, or black and tune it to 30-35lb e85, or meth if you are comfortable, and call it a day. For highway, there are so many choices, it all depends on what you are reving to and what you can settle with for power...until you are bored again. My 2 c

I guess this is a matter of opinion, because in no way do I feel mine runs out of breath on the highway. Then again, im on 93 octane. May be different for those running E85.

My car seems to be handle liter bikes from around 700whp on. At 550 or so 600s and 750s are pretty much dust. What I had meant by bike characteristics was the powerband really is all up top. Let me post a dynograph to show what I mean. The torque was kept low since this was my stock motor and I wasnt interested in breaking it.

Thread if you wanna read about it, but I am still using the same turbo kit on my car right now with the bigger motor. We did another 2.0L that made over 700whp on racegas (VIII) with alot of off the shelf parts. Knowing what we know now, the car needs some different cams.
