Random sudden 3rd gear grind. HELP!!

I woke up today and 3rd mysteriously started grinding. It was fine up until i woke up and it was grinding. Im running ACT TTP spec 6puck clutch with HD pressure plate. I had adjusted the clutch a while back and then again recently and was having no issues for weeks. Then 3rd gear grind started. Also today i was getting slight lockout at low rpms. When shifter was in neutral sometimes (only today) gear was still engaged. Clutch has 20k miles but does not slip. Any advice please give me input, thanks a bunch. Thinking its air bubbles in clutch, 3rd gear syncros are fried or throw out bearing??

I adjusted the clutch today and it made it a LITTER better. If I granny shift into 3rd it only grinds half the time. Over 4k rpms from 4th to 5th now grinds sometimes after the adjustment. The clutch is not slipping, it still pulls hard in every gear...

mine grinds into third also because i havent adjusted the clutch pedal yet. Mine seems to start grinding after 15 or more minute drives. If you have the same problem as me you might not have felt the grind becuase it was a short trip.

Put the car in first with the e brake on. Rev it up with the clutch in to 7200rpm or so, if the car moves forward the clutch is still dragging.

FYI TTP spec 6 puck=same as standard ACT 6 puck
