Question engine and turbo problems

i just put my fp white turbo on today and when i turn the car on it makes a wierd noise the turbo sounds like it has something stuck in it and the engine is making a rattling noise also wen i rev the engine past 3k rpms it sounds like the engine is skipping and idk wut to do ima take the turbo off and check it but i just got it back from forced performance completely rebuilt and all the engine internals are maybe a year and a half old so i was wondering if u guys had any suggestions that would be a great help to me also wen i cranked it the rpms were really low and it seemed like the car wanted to die out on me

+1 boost leak test would help, did it have this problem prior to the turbo install?

If it didn't do it before the install it may be something very simple like a loose bolt. Can you post up a video so we can hear what your talking about?

You pour oil in the centersection to prelube the shaft, I disable the IGN and crank untill I have oil press before starting, old habit.

there is a lot of stuff in that area than can rattle. Check the WGA and make sure there is tension on the flapper. could also be a heat shield.
