best and cheapest? lol! manley turbo tuffs are $650 and will take all you can throw at them.

I have 3 manley h beams for sale for 175, the 4th one is 93 from a vendor. good for 650hp

+1 on the turbo tuff's

Cheap and 700whp=

The cheap rods won't seem like such a deal when you vent the block...

But def the turbo tuffs...or if not those make sure they are I beams not the weak H beams....

Manley turbo tuffs. Made here in the USA, quality, and proven to take quite a beating.
