Car Stalls...NEED HELP!!!

I have an '06 Evo IX and I just put in a set of HKS 272 cams. The car starts fine and idles a little rough (which I was expecting) but it seems like my throttle response is really bad and when I pull out from a stop it spits and sputters and will stall if i dont push in the clutch right away. I tried pulling out at higer RPM's (4000 ish) and it seems to run fine at the higher RPM's. My check engine light came on and all im getting is a p0300 (multiple cylinder misfire). I did have my ECU flashed before I installed the cams. I checked my timing and it is right on. All my electrical connectors and vacuum lines are connected. I read on hear about somebody's car stalling after a cam install with a bov. I do have a bov but i switched it back to stock and it didn't help at all. I tried turning up my idle at the throttle body - didn't work. I also have been reading about having your CAS 180 degrees out, but that seems like it wouldn't start at all if that were the problem. If anyone can give me some input I would REALLY appreciate it!!! Thanks Guys!!!

Why did you have the car tuned before the cams were installed? If that is the case the issue might be in the tune.

I sent out my ecu while i was installing my cams because i figured i was going to have some down time any way. I'm not saying it can't be the tune but im a little short on $$$ to get it done again and i cant drive it like this to have a tuner look at it. I was kind of hopeing someone would have a good idea of what i am overlooking.

I have a feeling the car is not timed correctly. When you re installed the mivec pulley did you get the came gear all the way on to the cam without using the bolt? or did you have to use the bolt to draw it in the last lil bit. I have made this mistake myself before, Your timing marks will all line up perfect but because the came gear is not phased correctly to the cam its the same as the timing being off.
