P0139 Slow Response o2 sensor!

Well put in a test pipe, then i put two spark plug foulers on the o2 sensor so i dont get the cel, but i was still getting it after drivig for a few miles, i went and added another fouler with a total of three and i am still getting the cel...how many have you guys put in till the cel has dissapeared for good?? Btw im using the 18mm foulers part#42002...

well im masking the problem cause i do have priorities at this moment so instead of paying $400 for a tune i got other things to worry about,... so once i drop the cams and the red in then ill get a tune, which will happen in a cpl of months, but till then i need to get rid of cel since it annoys me
