My cars leaking too I hate this crap and I just had it rebuilt what the hell Its the seal that leaked on the passenger side where the axle is.

You have a different leak than what we're talking about. It sounds like you have an axle seal leak, you don't need to remove the transfer case to replace axle seals so consider yourself lucky.

Im having the same leak from between the transfercase and tranny. I wanna make sure i get two of every seal/washer that it could be. I cleaned off the area today with some brake clean and gonna look at it again tomorrow. How long doesnt it take u guys to remove the tcase?

Removing the t-case is a pita.. It took me about 4-5 hours on my back.

Yeah the copper washer is what caused mine I fixed it about a week and a half ago and its been good no leaks at all...you'll see there is a hole that has a small lip to it, that's where is goes I put it in and used some mitsubond gasket stuff and not a leak or wet spot.

^^^can you elaborate on the specific location of this copper washer? I'm about to replace my seals and I just want to make sure I check everything while it's off
