That sounds real nice... but I'd have to see it.

3 Questions:

1) Will you be offering any of the GT-R series turbo's. IE. Garret GT35R
2) Whats the diameter of your intercooler piping? How does your intercooler fit with the bumerbeam and undertray?
3) Are you a vendor for aquamist?

Yes I'm sorry the BOV is a typo error on stage 1. Copy paste and edit action got a bit out of hand. LOL.

As for GT series turbo's yes. I believe we have a GT30 on designmanfx's car right now. The beauty of our fabrication ability is that we can practically make anything you want as long as we have an evo in the shop to mock it up on for fitment. That lately hasn't been a problem. There are 3 or more of them around at many times.

Will you offer a ball bearing option for the turbos? Approx when should/would the 60-1 trim and sc61 turbos spool up and acheive full boost (21psi)? Do you have any pics of your intercooler? Thank You.

The intercooler piping is 2.5" mandrel bent. We can make it work with your factory IC or our FMIC. Pictures of the FMIC and piping...

The 60-1 and SC61 have similar spool times with the 61 being only slightly larger. With a .48A/R backhousing the 60-1 should make full boost at approx. 4K rpm. Just remember though it will be spooling and pulling well before that. The SC61 is only a few hundred rpms slower. Put it this way my SC61 .63A/R on my 2.0L vtec honda makes full boost about 4300rpms and the boost hits like a hammer.

We can supply ball bearing options in some of the turbo configurations. I just have to see what's more readily in stock at my distributor.

Yes we can retain the undertray on your car.

Note: I made a mistake about designmanfx's car. It's got our stage 3 turbo (SC61) not a GT30. But never the less we can do GT series turbo's if you want.

On your downpipe, is the stainless a lot lighter than the mild steel? Also, do you make an O2 eliminator downpipe? How restrictive is the stock O2 housing?

The SS is only slightly lighter than the mild steel unit. I prefer the mild thermal coated. No maintance like SS but looks much nicer long term. Also keeps the heat in the DP in the DP.

Yes the DP's are all 02 eliminator style. If you need an 02 eliminator DP for stock turbo I can supply that as well. I also carry one for 1G and 2G DSM turbo's.

Yes this is a completely bolt on kit. The stage 3 takes some AEM tuning by an experienced tuner. Of course we are always available for technical support in the unlikely event you should run into any problems.
