OK, are your HP numbers for race gas or pump gas? What kind of spool up will these setups have?

Are the different stages actually different turbo's or if I already have an upgraded FMIC, upper and lower IC pipes, 650cc fuel injectors and S-AFCII (witch I already have or soon will have) and bought your Stage One kit would it be the equivalent of your Stage 2 kit or is the turbo itself different?

Thanks,

Keith

These aren't exact numbers
There more "potential" numbers... Lots of variables...No. 1 being gas.

But those are excellent prices! And what seems to be awesome pieces!

The warranty sounds awesome, so what does it mean?
What does it really covers. if it fails for any reason, a free replacement, or pay for the replacment core first, then send the bad one back after theh install?

Closer pics of the manifold please... and most importantly, more and more people are interested in PUMP GAS NUMBERS. Don't forget to list the boost pressure they are achieved at.

Let me try to answer all of your folks questions. These numbers are horsepower numbers that have been made by us on other comperable 2.0L 4 cylinder engines. The horsepower levels shown here are average horsepower numbers on each of these setups around 20-22lbs of boost. We're currently doing some testing with aquamist injection to increase attainable, reliable pump gas horsepower levels. Therefore the numbers shown here although are closer to race gas numbers, we feel that the differential between race and pump gas is going to be dramatically less with aquamist. We'll be doing testing this upcoming week on pesto360's black 419wHP pump gas evolution. Although he did not use our turbo in the kit we made him, the concept is the same. We've used this injection on many different turbo applications with great results always.

As for what turbocharger comes in each kit, no they get larger with each stage. Example stage one is a 60trim T3/T4, stage 2 is a 60-1, and stage 3 is normally a SC61 (61mm compressor T3/T4) but can be upspeced to a SC63 for the guys who want huge power.

Pictures coming soon. I just have to find where I put them on my PC. heh

The person who asked about if he had portions of the kit already but want the stage 1 but the larger turbocharger, that is definately possible. We can upspec the turbo in the stage 1 package for you for a small increase in price. We can make any kit you would like with any part that you would like. We're very flexible and are always willing to accomidate your personal needs. We want everyone to be happy with their kits and aim to please.

The warranty on the turbo's is a 1 year MFG. warranty. You would have to send it back to get it repaired or replaced. We have never had a turbo be refused by the MFG. within the warranty period.

Our warranty on DP's, manifolds, and intercooler piping made by SFP is a 3 year full warranty. You would send us back your damaged part for evalution. We would repair or replace the defective part. If a manifold or pipe comes back damaged and needs to be repaired, we will also cover the cost of the thermal or powder coating if it was sold by us that way. Coating is not solely warrantied by us. Example if you lean out and fry the coating off your manifold. That is considered wear and tear. Our supplier of coating, however, does have a 1 year warranty that we can pass along to you if you have a problem within that time frame. Note: There is one stipulation that would void your manifold warranty. You "must" run a flex section in your downpipe or warranty is null and void. If you have a problem with a manifold take pictures of the damaged part on the car along with a picture of the associated downpipe on the car. The reason for this stipulation is that the full weight of the turbo and exhaust, although substantial, isn't the problem. It's the torquing of the motor with a solid non giving exhaust that add's extreme strain to the manifold when the car comes into and goes out of power.

Is it an option to get the 50 trim wheel instead of the 60 trim? For a pump gas street turbo i believe it is the better wheel, as do many other people. It is also smaller/lighter than the 60 trim for better response, not to mention it has been used many times on this engine to produce 400+whp on pump gas.

It absolutely is an option. The 50, 57, and 60 trims are all the same price. We had a 50trim/.48A/R on my fiance's GVR4 and it rolled really well. 11.7@125 with VPC stock internals with FMIC. That is an extremely good street/pump gas turbo.

thanks for bringing that up. On any of these kits we can work with you folks as I mentioned. That means if you have specific needs we can accomidate you in most, if not all, situations.

One other thing..... your stage one doesn't include an upper IC pipe...but you still list a BOV (Tial or Greddy Type S) was this just a typo?

id seriously consider the E50 trim with .63 a/r turbine housing and stage 3 turbine. that combination has made over 450whp on pump gas and gone 11.0@12X mph and spools in the 3600-3700 range.
