Starting Vehicle without a Clutch Pedal.

Hi everyone.
I have 2004 EVO RS

Not sure if it's the right thread but here goes, I bought the car used and previous owner disabled the clutch pedal on vehicle startup.

Pretty much vehicle starts now without pressing the clutch, how can I revert it back to stock ?.

FYI: there are no wires or plugs hanging, maybe they are cut.

The clutch interlock switch is unplugged, or could be cut in your case. Cutting it out isn't necessary and probably is still intact. Check to the left near the kick panel to see if it tucked in there and hiding.
