according to fp's site for the fp4r you can just drop right in. There are a few people on this site running them and i havent heard a complaint yet. The fp5r's will need upgraded valve train and they state you need to check for clearance. No record of thier cams snapping. check out this guys build on the fp5r's to give you an idea https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...tor-build.html Either cam is a great option.

got the 4R's and am pretty happy don't need springs unless you plan to rev to 9K
