I am going to order a tial QR bov and was wondering what spring i would need, ive looked at all the threads related and most people say 11psi spring, my car is fairly stock ive got a cold air intake, full exhaust, meth injection, 255 fuel pump, 1000cc injectors.

Will an 11psi spring work or do i need stiffer or softer?

11 psi spring is way too stiff...I would go with an 8 psi spring or less...it won't matter really if the bov opens when it shouldn't since it recirculates....

 

always go softer if in doubt. with stock cams the 11 should be fine but a 9 or 10 would work good too.

 

You choose the spring according to your inhg at idle. Do you have a boost gauge? What number are you at idle?
