Exclamation HELP!! Weird ACD/AYC problem

Last Saturday as i restarted my car after fueling it up at the gas station i got the 3 ACD lights. i drove the car for a few meters, turned off my car for 3 minutes, then on again. This solved the problem and only one light was on. I toggled between the 3 settings and it was acting normal at this point. I then drove the car for about 30 minutes (15KM approximtly) after that i switched the car back off and in 30 seconds i switched it back on and i got the 3 lights again.

After that i started troubleshooting the problem by trying to see what triggers the 3 ACD lights and i found that this only occurs if i switch off my car then on in less than 5 minutes. if i leave the car for more than 5 minutes and then turn it on I get no problems, i tired hard cornering the car to see if the ACD actually works and i can feel the ACD/AYC system is functioning properly.

Next day (last Sunday), I took the car to the dealership to see what’s wrong with the ACD system. They tested the car and found that my TC, rear diff, and AYC pump is functioning properly, and their MUT system does not indicate any problems with the ACD sensors. So they decided to go ahead and bleed the AYC system. They claim they found a large amount of air in the system and now they have properly performed bleeding for the system.

I took the car for a test drive and got back to the dealership, switched the car off then back on to find out that the problem is still there. However, the time was too late and they have already closed. So I went home, and as I parked my car, I looked back to see the 5L AYC fluid bottle placed sideways on the back seat and the oil is leaking directly on the seat. I immediately took off the seat to find that the seat foam drank no less than 2 liters of oil. At this point I became really furious coz they didn’t do their job right and now my back seat is damaged because of them.

The second day (last Monday), I directly spoke to the general manager to demand a fix for this problem, he was very understanding and assured me that a replacement seat will be ordered immediately and the ACD/AYC problem will be fixed ASAP. They again performed the bleeding process on the car, and called me to go and test it again. Not surprisingly, the problem is still there. The same story also happened the day after which was yesterday and also today.

Now, I am defiantly sure that the idiot mechanic does not know anything other than bleeding the system. Following up with them is just a waste of time. I would be more than happy if anyone can point of possible causes and ways to troubleshoot this ACD/AYC problem.

Below are the recent changes in the car:
1.I changed the battery and “+” terminal 2 days before this problem.
2.I flashed the latest Tephra map few hours before this problem and then flashed my old map after the firs the first 3 ACD lights.
3.I experienced problems with 3 gauges their ground wire was a bit loose and I fixed it.
4.My TC tailside sheild was slightly rubbing against the drive shaft creating a ticking sound discussed here (https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...-tailside.html)

mine did this but only when it was really hot out! I read a thread where it could just be a sensor or something to do with the abs fluid level!

*Update*

I took the car for a spin with the head tech and logged the behavior of the car using their portable MUT system (that cool device) to diagnose this problem. i made a couple of hard turns and WOT runs then stopped at the side of the road, switched the car off then on. I got the 3 lights however the device does not show any trouble codes :S and the ABS system is functioning properly. He told me that he checked and cleaned all the system's connections and sensors and he could not find anything out of the ordinary. However, he suspects that the Greddy turbo timer is not installed properly or is malfunctioning and might be triggering this problem. so we switched it off, tested the car, and the problem just went away!!

I left the car at the dealership as they are doing a full cleanup and polish for the car (trying to make up for their mistakes). i'll pick it up from the dealer later today and test it for a week to confirm that the problem is solved.

I really hope that the turbo timer is causing this problem and not something else.

so, after two years I am asking you if turbo timer was the problem!? I have the 3 lights problem too. I thought that the turbo timer (blitz) is faulty, and when I remove it the car was fine. Then I installed a new one and after 2 weeks the problem is there again.

I don't think is the AYC, so I will start with my tuner first, who's going to find any faults in the ABS system.
