How many miles have people gotten on a act 6 puck clutch with 550 whp and 425tq with just hard driving not really launching??????

 

I've seen a few XTG6 (Xtreme Pressure Plate) last 15-20k miles before showing wear and I've seen others only last 5k miles, it really depends on how you define "hard driving" The ones that don't last are normally either over the recommended tq range or they never adjusted the clutch correctly so that the clutch never fully disengages.

 

Mine last around 50k miles on a little over 400awhp....only problems i ever had was the high rpm lockout issues that most evo people have had with them....def a long lasting clutch for me though

 

Wow that's good I can't believe it went to 50k..Did it start to slip or just fully wore out that it couldn't drive cause my friend was telling me that it doesn't slip the pedal just gets higher and higher till there no more engagement..

 

Mine has gone 15k with no issues other than the high rpm lockout too. It doesn't feel like it's losing any life or grabiness. It's had a few passes at the strip, but mostly used for road racing and autox.
