I order the black like 4 months ago, with AwD.. Also some 2150high injector for E85, downtube O2, fp kid for evo8, intakefor the black. Everything for almost 3800, they told me the fpblack is goin to be like 2 weeks, withe the custom o2 dump. Three weeks pass, I call n said ,( it's back order ) ok I'm in no hurry, well a moth pass and awd never call me. So I call n said ( how long bro ? ) in two weeks bro!. One moré month pass n i call n said , how long moré ?? They enswer, we dont know how long moré , but if u wan we can Sand u the red, its close to the black n it can be at your door in two weeks!!.. I said f###k that, im goin 6262 .. Well now i have a 6262 turbo , but is not goin inn yet.. Just with 2150 high injectors and E85 nd 27lbs of boost, i run at the track ( 11.9 ) 117 mph , with a bad 60 foot, (1.934 )RT was .264 so not bad for stockmotor n stock cams) I guess just wait intill blows hahaha than go big 6262 n buildmotor... im happy n happy with my EVORs.

 

Glad your happy you went 6262.. And i just want to make this clear so there isnt a misunderstanding.. the black was ordered 4 months ago but he didnt just get the 6262.. Once he decided he wanted the 6262 i had it at his door a few days after and a turbo manifold as well..

Also, thanks to my body Noel , who tuns n works on my car, not just my car also our other bodys car too.. He made us go fast with his tunning n work knoletge and experience of what parts to run in our cars, i for got to ment that i also run a quarter máster twin.like he saids ( run the right parts will get u to the NeXT level, if u wan n love the sport) cool n good luck on the guys waitting on the fp blacks. Dude that is a way better turbo choice IMO..
but not everyone could dish out all that cash, remember some of us had to convert evo9 turbo to black. i dont think you could convert it to 6262.

 

Wow learn to type english that was all fudged up. The 6262 is a good turbo as long as you got the garrett chra from.what I hear but as you see you can't crack its potential to large on a stock motor imo. But im happy I waited now sunday needs to get here lol so I can install this Red lol.

I currently have a stock block and head and am very happy with my setup. Not laggy at all for me as a dd. Cant wait to build motor and switch to E85 for spring/summer time

 

Wizzo your just special , I know some don't mind or let it bother them but I just stated I have seen several switch to the Red from a Black and not to mention blow their motors up due to the boost hungry Black.
