why didnt you stop right away? Or atleast get out of the grove? The track officals must have been pissed at you. And if I was there waiting to run I would have been too. When **** breaks pull over and stop ASAP!

if you did a proper two-step, there should be no wheel hop and your tranny shouldn't have failed.

Thanks! Stupid question maybe but is this the mount known for making the car much rougher for daily driving when replaced with a hard one?

What do you mean by "proper two-step"? Not being an ***. Genuinely curious.

I'm looking at two used 5-speeds:

- 2003 5-speed with 47,000 miles
- 2005 5-speed with 69,000 miles

Identical price, apparently identical condition. Which should I go with? I'm thinking 2003 but just want to make sure the lack of ACD won't be a problem. Is the transmission any different between non-ACD and ACD cars? I

actually the opposite. the trans wont move around as much so it will allow for smoother shifting and easier to get the car in gear.

you said you did the two step but from the video, it looked like you dropped the clutch.

But really people need to realize that when their **** breaks and gets fluid on the track it cost the track money and cost people runs that they paid money for. Ive had sit there and watch the clean up crew way to many times all because someone breaks something on there car and still drives halfway or more(sometimes the whole track) instead of pulling off to the side and stoping immediately.

So while yes, sorry your tranny broke what about the people that paid money to race and instead had to watch the clean up crew.
