Thank you for the great info!

Your spool does not look awful to me from the other 50 trims I have seen. When did you start your pull (what rpm) when you saw 23 psi @ 4300 rpm ? As previously stated, part of this could be your tune, part could be a boost leak, part could be an exhaust leak, or it could just be your setup. Either way, 50 trims don't hit like a stock turbo, so I don't think you are terribly off. Just my $0.02.

my currant mods are:

hks 272's
large fmic
turbotrix upper and lower icp
turbotrix gt turbo kit w/ tubular manifold
agp 50 trim turbo
forge blowoff and wastegate
3" tbe
880cc injectors
walbro 255 pump
3" intake w/ k&n
tuned on stock ecu @ 23psi

anyone have any ideas what i should look at??

well the only reason i am asking is because of the company the turbo is from tellin me that its spooling late but if it sounds about normal i will probably do boost/exhaust leak checks and if i dont find anything probably just ignore it as i will hopefully be done with my big build sometime in spring. i mean as far as driving the car has plenty of power to get the job done as it sits when boost comes on. as far as when positive pressure starts to build is around 3700 i notice the boost building

^^^^ already answered this but im not sure...the turbo was on my car when i bought it. but if this spool time sounds about right then im not going to stress over it. i will check for leaks but as far as im concerned other then it spooling there it runs real smooth throughout my power band and idles and runs real good

yes, and you dont need to buy physical switches, it can be done via the gas pedal or intercooler sprayer button if your car has one.

The Ecuflash sub-forum is free to read ...Just search Tephra patch or v7 and you'll find a bunch of useful information....
