average person maybe 1 1/2-2hrs.

remove strut bar
remove battery
remove UICP
Disconnect fuel line to rail
disconnect all sensors
move harness that runs by the fuel rail, just unbolt it from the valve cover and pull it out towards the driver side so its not in the way
disconnect throttle cable and unplug all sensors on TB
unbolt throttle body and remove
IM is a pain in the *** but easy once you figure out how to remove it.
Start with the support bracket. unbolt it and remove it.
then, most bolts can be easily reached and undone through the driver side. just reach your hand under there with a ratchet wrench and use a little force. everything else is cake.

first time it took me an hour and a half. second time it took me maybe 30-45 min.
and yea, throw that damn support bracket in the trash. It is such a pain....
