where to find omni 4 bar scaling for AEM EMS?
something about the scaling of that map sensor. aem wont let you input your own! all you can change is min and max voltage. i tried to get it to work but never got it dead on. save yourself the trouble man.
get the aem iat and map sensor and your good to go. 3.5bar= 36psi 5 bar =58psi
put the 4 bar up for sale. i believe they use it on stock ecu's for boost logging, or send it back to MAP.

Its a linear sensor, you should be able to use Omnipowers min and max voltage on their site.
This is what I found-
This assumes the boost comp is also setup correctly as well. To be honest I havent tried it though so I cant say it does or doesnt. If Derek tried it and it didnt work vs these values I am not sure
This is what I found-
AEM EMS 4bar calibration
go to setup : sensors : map sensors : options
min voltage .08
max voltage 4.88
scalar 3.8
load offset 15.0
filter 10
frequency 0
The car fuel and ignition tables will need to be retuned for the engine to idle as they will still be based on the previous map sensor even though the map sensor calibration is correct.

yea im not sure why it wounldnt work either. i used their values. but with the engine off the map sensor reads +2psi so i would adjust the load offset to get it to 0. take it for a spin and now it runs wayyy lean becuase the manifold pressure and map sensor are not the same. i messed with it for a few hours on a k20 honda. i gave up!
never messed with the JDM sensor.......
