yeah I was skeptical about the gain. I am more worried about the heat like you said. Even though I am going to be running a stock 9 turbo I am going to be putting it through some abuse this summer. Auto X and some HPDs at summit point.

The big thick blankets work better than anything else for heat management. Wrap is right behind and i feel ceramic coatings are the least effective, but the best looking. Only downsides to wrap and blankets is they can smell like you are baking a loaf of bread under the hood until you burn the chemicals off of them.

They are somewhat universal. I would think a std t3 blanket would fit just fine. If it helps i have a used one laying around if you need measurements or pics.

its up to you if you want to measure it. that would be nice of you if you got the time

Evodan, we have them for the T4 too. They will not fit with the oem heat shield on the stock turbo.

so, If we install the blanket we have to run without the heatshield? or is there a heatshield that fits with the blanket in place?

The blanket will do a better job then the Heatshield.

Be cool if someone could make a Blanket to fit on the stock Exhaust manifold, im sure it would sell.

The blanket and heatshield do 2 different jobs. I would trim the shield to fit around the blanket.
