Is this the old FP Green?
I got my "FP Green" from a forum member today. No FP stamp and not an OEM compressor housing. The pics of the packaging is how I received it, didn't even have to open it. I'll let the pics do the rest of the talking. Let me know what you think.

Is it a FP turbo at all? It was shipped in a thin cardboard box (if you would even call it that) too small to fit the turbo, no tape around it, 1 layer of bubble wrap, punctures in several places. So well packaged that I didn't even have to open it as the side in the pic was already ripped open. Don't tell you would be jolly if it happened to you.
The OEM Evo 9 turbo has 6 compressor blades and the "non HTA/old style" FP Green had 5 compressor blades.
The turbo you have pictured has 5 compressor blades so I believe it was an OEM Evo 9 turbo converted to a Green.
p.s. I would be flipping out if I ever received a package like that in the mail. The best thing you can do is leave feedback about this transaction to the seller and therefore, others will avoid future transactions with them.

I think that the turbo pictured is probably in all likelihood an Old-School FP Green. I would be curious as to whether you could remove the rubber hose in your picture #6 as that hose is hiding the most common location for the FP stamp. Please be so kind as to repost the pic of the compressor housing with the rubber hose removed. Thanks much.

I am staring at my own O.S. Green here on my dinette table....right next to my can of German beer. I have compared it to the turbo in your pics. They are both the same. Even the guy that balanced the two turbos(yours and mine) ground off a tad to achieve perfect balance spec. Mine has that same exact flat ground onto the end of the turbine shaft in almost the exact same specific location. So, don't lose anymore sleep over this issue.
