German_Evo thanks for the insight... unfortunately the hole DOES look like it was tapped at home and it is on the TOP of the bell housing. And the organic matter looks as if though it is covering the TOB? and its almost like the matter has two cracks or is crumbling to me?? And the thing is is the clutch started slipping when the previous owner had it, when my roommate bought the car it was hardly noticeable, then he drove it longer and it just seemed to get looser on him/slipping more periodically under small amt. of load/torque.

Here is the kicker, this "fidanza 3.2 carbon Kevlar clutch kit" was installed, by the previous owner, less then a year ago.... confirmed by the previous owner, and he had troubles right away with the car not launching...it'd start to slip and then bump it outta 2-step...needless to say he didn't know HOW to launch/epic fail at it actually. However it is not in my belief that this clutch which is rated at somewhere around +-500 ft lbs of torque created at the crank?.... should not have a PROBLEM no matter what, correctly installed.
