Adjusting forge WGA

I have an FPgreen on my evo and it came with a forge wga. Every time i let off of throtle i hear a rattling noise i think its my wga not being fully tightened causing it to rattle. I remember on my old evo i swap out the wga on the stock turbo with a forge wga and it made the same rattle; there was some wiggle room from what i remember not like the stock set up.

Instead of messing with it i just swaped it back to stock and noise went away.

However, now i dnt have a stock wga so im stuck with the forge piece. Can i adjust it and how difficult is it to adjust these wgas?

Thanks for your time and input.

Is yours an Old School Green, or the newer, HTA Green?

Yeah, I can try to help you with the FP Green and the 18# Forged Performance WGA. I ran the same setup. Maybe PM me.

if you mean the wastegate from the link above... then you just undue the clip where it connects to the turbo... pull it off.... unscrew the nut.... tight that end fitting back down to the nut... then put it back together....

its best to have a friend with channel locks pull the actuator arm out while you aim the turbo flapper arm and slide it back together... the high spring pressure can be extremely challenging by yourself. if its not... its not tight enough...

wastegate actuator rod adjustment is pretty much a straight forward process.
