ACD lights on, starter noise after new clutch evo viii
About a month ago I had an exedy stage 1 organic clutch installed with a fidanza aluminum flywheel and now I am getting a terrible screeching noise on start up. It goes away as soon as the engine turns over and there are no other noises or problems. I did some research and it seems others are having the same issue with this flywheel, any suggestions?

I recently had a private transmission shop put a new exedy stage 1 organic clutch and fidanza aluminum flywheel in my car and a couple of things are starting to worry me...
no pun intended, but for starters the evo is making a short screech right before it turns over when starting and after driving for a couple of minutes all 3 ACD lights turn on. i did a little research and saw that the ACD needs to be reset after a clutch change so im hoping that all i need to do is bring it to the dealer for that, but im wondering if there is something else i might need to be aware of.
about the starter noise my mechanic told me that the OEM flywheel was slant cut where it connects with the gears and the new flywheel is straight cut and he was hoping the noise would go away once it is broken in...
please be completely honest with me, i just want to make sure everything is done right so i have no future problems

My car does the same thing with it coming on after I drive for a while and I asked about it and everyone was fixated on it being my pump and I don't think that's right good luck

Thought I'd give an update...
ACD lights are off, but I'm still getting the screech when starting my car. I've been doing some research online and it seems that a lot of people using the lightweight fidanza flywheels are getting that same screech on start up. There are no other problems or noises after the car is started, it is just super annoying and somewhat embarrassing. Any ideas?

I was told it could be the starter I have the same problem but not with that flywheel i recently got a new clutch and flywheel and right after it was installed it started making that noise kind sounds like some kinda animal screeching. but it happens everytime i start it.

Yea it still does it 8 months later but hasn't affected performance or starting so I'm kind of just used to it at this point. It's got to be something with the way the starter and flywheel mesh together because I know the aftermarket flywheel is cut on an angle compared to the stock flywheel which was straight cut
