Here is a link to a pdf with more specifics and a diagram of the order of plates which may or may not be common sense to some.

the wedge collar is attached to the clutch and should always be. the input shaft goes through the wedge collar.

once everythings on then you push the clutch fork so the tob attaches to the wedge collar.

Yes so far so good I took it down the road and it shiftes like butter love the triple. But coming to a stop it still wouldnt go in to gear that well. I think it needs a couple miles on her to wear it in. and for everything to set in place and I live in maryland. Ill gladly do a clutch for you if you make the drive

I noticed it somewhat 'tough' to get my Twin HD into 1st and Reverse when slowing down to a stop when I first got the clutch. It gets easier and smoother once broken in.

You need to adjust the clutch pedal or you will be replacing synchros. Sounds like the clutch Is not fully disengaging

Drove it about 10 miles. Its goes threw gears so nicely when its rolling but its still pretty hard to get in gear when its not moving. It feels like its getting better though so that'd a plus.

I forgot which way to turn the rod where the pedals are but you want to get full disengagement when you press the clutch to the floor. I read MA Performance lifts all four wheels off the ground and adjusts the pedal so that the wheels don't move when placed into gear.the manual also calls for some play in the pedal as well.

I'll have to say that I'm still having a problem and once this clutch goes with the trans. witch will definitely go with it with me forcing it in gear. I'm going to rebuild the trans and get a better clutch for sure. Something is definitely wrong with the new style exedy clutches.

That's a fact, I been doing LOTS of searching and tons of people have the same exact issue. Mine started doing it after only 6k miles. I just bought a new triple and hoping it is one of the ones that last over like 40k+ mikes but I doubt it so it teaches me a lesson
