Compressor - YES
Turbine - NO
Powder coating is cured at 350 to 400 degrees F. and the Turbine housing reaches 800 degrees F. regularly and higher than that when you are really pushing the car hard. So you will toast the powder coating on the Turbine very very quickly and that beautiful powder coating will not so beautiful any more.

A high temp coating that comes in various colors, can be used on the hotside. I coated my hotside, manifold, and 4 bolt downpipe connection. I did not coat my compressor side... yet:

Yes, you can, but make sure it can def hold the heat. I chromed a BBK-B and Jet-Hot 2000 coated the turbine housing, but apparently people have powder coated the compressor without issue.
