How to fix starter cable
My starter cable that connects to the solenoid with that little plastic plug keeps getting loose and causing my car not to crank. I was able to tug the wire into the plastic plug deeper and that fixed it for a while but now it is acting up again. I have to get under the car and reconnect that wire almost everytime I want to start the car. Should I get a new wire or is there a way I can fix this one?
As I recall, it is just a standard spade connector. You could slide the inside metal out and crimp it a little (careful - a tiny amount) or you could just cut the end off and attach a new connector.

Its not the wire thats loose its the actual plastic clip it keeps coming off the starter when I drive. I gueess I need a new connector. Any idea where I could find one? Or is there any adhesive I can put on the plastic clip to make it stick better to the starter soleniod
The plastic clip is the connector. Inside there is a metal piece. This usually can be removed by sliding a tiny screwdriver in from the wire side. You can then squeeze the metal a little with a pliers to make it tighter where it slides onto the blade on the starter. Otherwise, cut it off and get a new one from Radio Shack.
