Tial 44mm WG help!!please

i just got done installed my 6262 set up, and when it come to start up the WG (tial 44mm) staying open and exhuast air dumpin out of it... and check the vacum lines where it hooked up to the MBC: turbo goes bottom MBC, side WG nipple goes to the side of the MBC. then i tried to switch to the top nipple of the WG and still staying open...any idea? may be WG is bad? solution = valve seal

UPDATED: so i put my valve seale back on and finally got it start back up and the dumptube stop dumping air, then i tried to drive it but everytime i let off the gas pedal the ignition shut off (reverse and 1 st gear), the rpm jus dropped all of way down and shut my car off ( jus installed AEM and SD), even in neutral and i rev it does the same thing, i checked every vacumm line, piping and plugged all the unused vacum nipple and everything seem tight and no leak. idk what goin on, oh yea and the car idle pretty rough and loud too, i know i have cams but it idle like when u blew a pipe or a coupler (but all the pipe are connected properly)...anyone have any idea whats going on?

here is a pic. it goes in the bottom of the wastegate between the valve and the flange on the manifold.
