IMHO a black pushed to the absolute limits(twin scroll) will make 700whp and spool the fastest.

A HTA3582 will make that power much easier and much more reliable with a slightly slower spool. About 300-700rpms slower spool

OP has a 2.0 thats a 2.3 motor but I agree hta3568 twin scroll is about the best you are gonna do as far as turbo set up

You should probly Open Scroll your black even if you dont want to do it, best way to get 700whp with fast spool IMO.

You will also need to switch to 100% methanol with bigger nozzles if you're going that route.

If you're in a rush, the HTA 3586 will get you to your goal, the 3582 with different fuel. If you're patient the EFR line will be released in it's T/S form soon and may offer better results that what's currently available.

Damn that was quick revving to what looked like almost 9k, if I caught it with my eyes just right it looks like full boost hit at 4800rpms, so just about 4000 Rome of power band, not to bad, what was the name of that turbo kit? I wonder if this ATP gtx3582R will be as bad as it's being hyped up to be?

6262, if not the hta 3586, These two will fit your 2.0 on the top end well over the 3582 can.
your power band should be around 6k-9k; maybe starting early as 5700 on your 2.0 just depends on how your motor responds.

I think you may be right, as for 700hp and leaving it twin scroll, I think I'll be close but no cigar, u know what pisses me off, why couldn't fp made the black dual ball bearing? Cause I agree the black will spool up faster but seems like it will choke at the top when it runs out of air flow, I really wish to stay with the stock frame turbo setup, mainly cause I've had my car down for close to 9 months now, AMS is coming out in the 1st week in may and I really don't wish to delay any longer. Everything is just about ready to drop back into the bay and break in miles should start the last week in April and of course to make sure everything is in order mechanically. I'd love to wait till the next big thing since sliced bread but it just seems like staying with the black is it for now, unless ATP hooks it up with there gtx3582r but from what I've been told not even one has been shipped out yet

IMO the HTA 3586. On a mustang dyno it seems it tops out at just a tad over 700 whp.

Defenetly won't be a daily driver, not with how expensive q16 is. Defenetly a weekend beast for sure, maybe a faster spoolin 650hp turbo can smash a laggy 700hp turbo on the street? I just always dreamed of hitting 700hp without all the lag and yes if I could do it all over I would have stroked the motor for that much needed quicker spool and low end torque

honestly the lag isnt bad if you have a good tuner you will get your goal no worries plus with that 2.0 u can rev to the moon and back
