Fic low Z vs. Fic high Z question

I think fic low z injectors require an easy tune box and can use q16 leaded fuel, the fic high Z injectors specifically say use with unleaded gas only no q16, if I have it *** backwards please let me know but overall what is this all about???
What the difference? Which one is better to have so forth and so on?

Im running FIC 1680 high z's, and from my understanding you can not use oxygenated fuels, dont think it being leaded or not matters.

pm Mike@AWD, he'll take care of ya.

Thanks for the info, I think your right, keep it up with the info, got my fingers crossed since I have the low Z with the easy tune box, hoping I have the right setup for q16

what still boostn said is correct

the high z are much better for idle and partial throttle but unfortunately they dont hold up well to oxygenated fuels

This. Something to do with the O-Rings and seals swelling up with oxygenated fuels such as Q16.

Im glad to see this post. I am out of injector right now at 35psi and need something bigger. I have the FIC 1050cc with 2 1.0mm jets of 100%meth and the double pumper on my 2.4 Pt6262. I dont have access to E85 where im from so im stuck with the VP Racing fuel. I really would like to know what size injector would cover my needs and still idle and drive well
