i run stock fluid only in my TC and stock/and now TRE rear. i do full fluid changes every 500 miles or less. yes im crazy. but it makes for a consistent setup and reliability.

how big of a loss are we talking?

I don't drive the car everyday so I don't think it will matter for me.

great post - i just sent my personal Evo 8's rear diff, front diff/xfer case and trans off to TRE. I cant imagine anyone, anywhere providing a more thorough and complete driveline service than TRE.

btw - its very straight forwards and pretty easy to drop the rear diff and front xfer case, just takes some tools, time and elbow grease. The end result is 110% worthwhile

totally agree, but it is also a worthwhile idea to address the swaybar bushes

Geoff, isn't John the best dude to work with? TRE is the ONLY place (guy) touching any of my drive-line parts! He is super friendly, very funny, and truly knows his ****! Also, he goes so far beyond doing the minimum for his customers and his pricing is, IMHO, MORE than fair for the quality of his work. He did our trans and rear diff, and as soon as he's finished developing the new t-case side cover and a few other mods, my t-case will be the first one there for service.

Dan, you sound like me with the OCD with the clean fluids! LOL! I love seeing ALL of my fluids come out the same way they looked going in. IDC at all about cost of doing this either. Small price to pay as far as I look at it. Everything stays buttery smooth this way.

APR splitter, I want to eventually do what binary did and make it a reinforced chassis mounted splitter.
